Blog Author – Miss Edinburgh

I am Edinburgh born and bred and realise I am very lucky to live in this fabulous city.  I’ve travelled extensively around the world, but have yet to find another place I could consider calling home. I appreciate my 30 something years on the planet, most of which I have lived here.

The aim of this blog is to provide would be visitors/residents with information on the city from a locals viewpoint .  All the photos on the website have been taken by myself unless otherwise mentioned.  All views and thoughts are my own.

Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have about Edinburgh and I will do my best to help.

Miss Edinburgh, your thoughts on places to go – especially for cakes and tea – are not only the sign of exquisite taste; they helped make my trip to Edinburgh really special. Thank you! Swimathonpete

  • Thanks for the comment, glad you had a good time and I like your style of trying all those bakeries and sweet shops in the space of 40 hours, but then with the cakes you cook on your blog, I am not surprised ;)

  • It’s good to meet a fellow Edinburgh-lover! Keep up the good work.

    Warmest regards

    Eric

  • Thanks Shauna – lots of room for Edinburgh blogs. Lots more places to write up on that I’ve been to, just finding the time. Thumbs up for the Bakehouse Co :)
